Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options through our partners, Fedex, and UPS. You can choose your shipping speed on the checkout page. You can also choose to pick up at our main location in Mississauga @ 1355 Fewster Drive.
If you choose pick up please come to the loading dock at the rear of the building and have your order number ready.
Shipping in Canada Under $199 (based on total order value) - All orders shipping to Canadian customers ship from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse.

Shipping in USA -
When product is in stock at our Sanborn, NY warehouse, your order will ship out from there.
When then product is not in stock in our Sanborn, NY warehouse, you will see different freight options including the ability to
choose expedited shipping from our Canadian warehouse that includes duties and taxes OR domestic freight options which do not include duties and taxes.
If you choose the option that includes duties and taxes, the order will ship out expedited from our main Canadian warehouse.
If you choose the option that does not include duties and taxes, the order will ship from our main Canadian warehouse to our USA warehouse within 24 - 48 hours.
Once it arrives there, it will ship based on your selected shipping option.

Order Processing
- All products ship from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- We typically process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@mossled.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
International Shipping Options
- All products ship from our facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- We provide shipping rates that do not include duties and taxes as well as shipping rates that do include duties and taxes. If you choose a shipping rate that does not include duties and taxes you may incur additional costs from your government if your order is over your countries di minimis value.
- If you choose a shipping rate that includes duties and taxes we pay all duties and taxes as well as shipping.
