What are the advantages to our FlexLED GOLD Seal?
1) Ease of use. You can do your custom projects up to 4 times faster than working with our FlexLED PRO line
2) Strength. The GOLD seal creates an extremely strong bond between the contact point and anything that is soldered to it.
3) Longevity. Our FlexLED GOLD will last longer under any conditions it is placed. High heat or high humidity area? No problem. The GOLD seal makes it extremely difficult for oxidation to occur.
Three versions of our bi-colour FlexLED are now available. 120 LED/meter (12MM Width) standard as well as 196 LED/meter (10MM Width) high output version, and a new high efficiency, high output 240 LED/meter (12MM Width). The 196 LED/meter is ideally suited for areas where high output in a very tight space is required. The 196 LED/meter is designed to be installed onto a metal heat sink for longevity purposes. The 240 LED/meter is ideally suited for areas where high output in a more relaxed space (12MM Width) is required. The 240 LED/meter requires mounting onto a heat sink (flexible aluminum is advisable). The 120 LED/meter can be installed on virtually any surface and still provide nominal output for many tens of thousands of hours of use.
Both versions are suitable for residential, television, industrial, and commercial applications where high CRI white output is required.
Single bin LED chip ensures CCT accuracy within +/- 100k.
TESA 4965 high tack double-sided tape on the back makes installation as easy as peel n stick. When used in damp or wet locations it is advised to use silicone caulking or glue to ensure proper adhesion.
